Bajao Terms & Conditions of Use

• In order to access certain Services, you may be required to sign up for an account, and select a password and user name. You promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself. You may not select a name that you don’t have the right to use as your user name, or another person’s name with the intent to impersonate that person. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission..

• All customers can avail browsing of the content. Full access is allowed only after a subscription to the service. The Free Trial is for 1 day.

• By subscribing to the service, you are accepting all Terms & Conditions of the service & authorize Rockville Technologies to share your mobile number and details who manages Bajao APP and Portal.

• Bajao Subscription will be automatically renewed and your account will be debited with the respective package until the un-subscription.

• Un-subscription can be done by clicking on the Unsubscribe option in the APP or Portal.

• Subscribed Customers will get full content access available on Bajao. By content, we mean complete access to all videos and audio tracks.

• APP or Portal might not be compatible with old handsets.

• A stream which has more than 15 seconds of duration is considered a valid qualified stream for royalty payments on Bajao.

• We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans and promotional offerings at any time in accordance with these Terms.

• By signing up or logging on to Bajao Web/App you agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Bajao, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Bajao. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers) and shall ensure that you comply with the instructions set out in any robots.txt file present on the Services.

• You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services). Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Bajao, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Services for any purpose.

• The Bajao software applications, website and the Content are not sold or transferred to you, and Bajao and its licensors retain ownership of all copies of the Bajao software applications and Content even after installation on your personal computers, mobile handsets, tablets, wearable devices, speakers and/or other devices ("Devices")

• Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use any of Bajao's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features, unless agreed elsewhere in writing with Bajao. You agree that you shall not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices), which may be affixed to or contained within the Services. Unless you have been expressly authorized to do so in writing by Bajao, you agree that in using the Services, you will not use any trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo of any company or organization in a way that is likely or intended to cause confusion about the owner or authorized user of such marks, names or logos.

• The Agreements are not intended to grant rights to anyone except you and Bajao, and in no event shall the Agreements create any third-party beneficiary rights. Furthermore, the rights to terminate, rescind, or agree to any variation, waiver, or settlement of the Agreements are not subject to the consent of any other person.

• You understand, agree, and accept that Bajao will make reasonable efforts, although it has no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, or update the Service, or to provide all or any specific content through the Service. Bajao and/or the owners of any Content may, from time to time, remove any such Content without notice. This section will be enforced to the extent permissible by applicable law.

• You agree to use Bajao’s Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the Pakistan and any other relevant countries). If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you aren’t authorized to use the Services. We can’t and won’t be responsible for your using the Services in a way that breaks the law.

• Advertisements

• For advertisement purposes and revenue Bajao may support ads on its services. These advertisements may be targeted to the content of information stored on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information.

• The manner, mode, and extent of advertising by Bajao on the Services are subject to change without specific notice to you. In consideration for Bajao granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Bajao may place such advertising on the Services.

• Content

• • We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make use of the Bajao Service, and limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make personal, non-commercial use of the Content (collectively, "Access")

• • This Access shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or Bajao

• • No local storage other than Bajao’s designated space is allowed

• • No reproduction or recording is allowed

• • User must remove downloaded content after service unsubscription, otherwise it is an infringement with legal consequences as per Law

• • Bajao Service and the Content are the property of Bajao or Bajao's licensors

• Other than as stated in the Terms and Conditions or as explicitly agreed upon in writing between you and Bajao, the Agreements constitute all the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and Bajao and supersede any prior agreements in relation to the subject matter of these Agreements, whether written or oral.
